This machine is specially design for highest quality of surface finishing of long products either round or profiles, working the parts longitudinally creating the most homogeneous and reflective finishing in term of looking and of roughness.
Model STL is available in different configuration sized on customer requirments, with advanced cycle management to controll working paramethers and repeat the results over time.

The machine is offered with different configuraitons in terms of number of units and of pieces to be worked, workable dimensions and accessories.
Most common applications for this model are:
- Welded tubes - High gloss polihsing / number 8
- Decorative tubes - preparation to coating/chroming painting.

Automatic
The working cycle is fully automatic and programmable by main control panle or touch screen, the system is further able to monitor the onging cycle to adjust and keep constant the working pressure accoring to programmed setting.
SAFETY Sound proofing enclosures and Protection devices Close the working area and prevent the access to the operator during automatic working cycle.
GRAPHIC INTERFACE A touch screen panel integrated into the cabin and positioned in Front of each unit through a friendly graphic interface will help the operator to supervise the production cycle and to operate localised fine tuning of the machine during working operations.
Polishing
STL - Available with different configuration and capacity.
Tubes and profiles round, square or shaped.
Round From dia 20 to 60 mm - Profiles From 20x20 to 50x50 mm (Others on demand)
Length from 200 mm up to 6.1 mt (according to tsolution chosen)
Tools used: Polishing wheels, brushes.
